As an **Operations Runner**, you’ll ensure delivery orders flow smoothly within our facility, handle administrative tasks, solve problems, and provide top\-notch customer service. **About the Role:** * Organize and transport food orders efficiently within our facility until pickup by delivery drivers * Handle administrative tasks, keep facilities clean, and act as a problem \-solver * Serve as the bridge between Kitchen Central and our partners, restaurants, and drivers **What You’ll Do:** * Be the frontline of our business! * Collect orders from kitchens and deliver them to the central processing area * Provide exceptional service to internal teams, restaurant staff, and app delivery drivers **Qualifications:** * Ability to lift up to 20 kg and climb stairs * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills * Ability to independently resolve issues * Strong communication skills, both in person and online * Positive attitude in a fast\-paced environment * Experience in customer service, food service, or as a delivery app driver is a plus **About Kitchen Central:** We’re a tech startup revolutionizing food delivery.
