




Job Summary: Implement recruitment and employer branding strategies, aligning the company's purpose with that of its people, and enhancing the candidate experience. Key Highlights: 1. Mission Execute the Talent recruitment and employer branding strategy across all Citrosuco units in Brazil in a consistent manner, aligned with business unit demands for hiring at all seniority levels, aiming to connect the company’s purpose with that of its people, enhance the candidate and new hire experience, and enable the delivery of positive value generation. What You Will Do \- Develop, implement, and/or refine Talent Attraction initiatives, methodologies, policies, processes, tools, and programs aligned with business needs and guidance from the Development Management team, supporting BPs in their implementation. \- Engage with vendors and institutions to identify new partners and methods for talent acquisition, attraction, and retention. \- Identify opportunities, develop, implement, and monitor recruitment processes for Entry-Level Programs (Semear, Trainee); propose and implement specialized employer branding strategies through advertising and networking with associations, social media, academic circles, and universities, leading campaigns focused on short-, medium-, and long-term objectives. \- Develop and execute innovative professional search techniques to build a talent pool meeting the organization’s current and future needs. \- Contribute to talent pipeline analysis and assess the labor market for globally relevant roles. \- Conduct briefings with managers and BPs across company departments for selection processes targeting GS\-32 and above. \- Map and monitor RS consulting firms and headhunters to establish partnerships and engagement aligned with the company’s strategy. \- Seek partnerships with universities and career fairs to represent and promote the company as an employer of choice. \- Collaborate with the BP team to develop and manage talent acquisition activities (e.g., event participation) and programs (e.g., Semear, PCDs), as well as any others that may arise. \- Jointly with the Organizational Development team, oversee the entire new hire onboarding process. What We Are Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields, plus an MBA in Human Resource Management, Project Management, Strategic Management, or related disciplines.
