YOUR ROLE Ensure safe and efficient handling of agricultural materials and products, controlling the inbound, storage, and outbound processes of products and specialties at Boa Safra’s Barter branch in Formosa (GO). EDUCATION High school diploma completed. Bachelor’s degree preferred—completed or in progress. Desired knowledge: inventory management, control of product inflows and outflows based on expiry dates, and product dispatch. WHAT WE SEEK * Manage and coordinate operational activities related to the flow of agricultural pesticides and specialty products, ensuring control over receiving, storage, dispatch, and load formation stages—with focus on safety, compliance, and efficiency. * Organize and optimize receiving, storage, and dispatch processes, ensuring data accuracy, volume traceability, and maintenance of material quality. * Monitor and control inventory levels of pesticides and specialty products, ensuring adequate availability for internal and external movement and demand fulfillment. * Plan and manage dispatch and shipping activities, ensuring loads are correctly assembled, delivered within established deadlines, and compliant with agribusiness regulations and company guidelines. * Ensure adherence to safety, integrity, and good operational practice policies, maintaining quality standards across all handling and storage stages. * Supervise the use, organization, and maintenance of storage infrastructure, guaranteeing appropriate conditions for product preservation and operational environment safety. * Manage volume inflow and outflow processes objectively—aligned with legal requirements for the agricultural sector and market best practices—and support decision-making through reliable, well-managed data.
