**Job Summary and Mission** The IT Governance and Excellence Coordinator will be responsible for leading and implementing governance, compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement practices across IT processes, aligning them with corporate guidelines and industry best practices. This role serves as the liaison between technology and business areas—particularly Internal Controls, Compliance, and Audits—ensuring that IT services comply with the company’s strategic objectives, promoting operational efficiency and innovation. **Mission** To ensure that IT processes, resources, and services are managed in a structured, efficient, and organizationally aligned manner—guaranteeing compliance, quality, security, and continuous improvement—to maximize business value delivery. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop, implement, and maintain the IT Governance framework aligned with international standards (COBIT, ITIL). * Coordinate IT operational excellence initiatives, promoting process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement. * Manage the portfolio of IT policies, procedures, and internal controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal/external audits. * Serve as the focal point for IT risk management, conducting periodic assessments and proposing mitigation plans. * Support the definition and monitoring of performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs) for IT services. * Promote a culture of governance and excellence among IT teams and business stakeholders through training, workshops, and structured communication. * Collaborate with areas such as Information Security, Legal, Internal Controls, Audit, and Compliance to ensure adherence to corporate policies. * Actively participate in strategic digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with governance principles. **What We’re Looking For** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems. * Postgraduate studies or certifications in IT Governance, Project Management, Auditing, or related fields (e.g., COBIT, ITIL, PMP) are highly desirable. * Proven experience in IT governance, process management, and operational excellence—preferably within large enterprises or multinational companies. * Solid knowledge of governance frameworks and methodologies, risk management, and compliance. * Strong analytical skills, strategic vision, and ability to engage effectively across all hierarchical levels. * Advanced English proficiency **Preferred Qualifications**: * Prior experience in the agribusiness or food industry. * Familiarity with process automation tools (RPA), ITSM, and project portfolio management.
