Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Supervisor for a Mexican food restaurant unit, with a focus on team management, customer service, and overall organization. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory organization and control We currently have an opening for a Supervisor at a GUA.CO Mexican food restaurant unit located in the Campolim neighborhood. We are looking for proactive, organized individuals who are eager to learn and grow alongside the team. Schedule: \* 3:30 PM to 11:50 PM \* Days off \= one fixed weekday off \+ one full weekend off (Saturday and Sunday) \* Rotating schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off Main Responsibilities: \* Management of waitstaff \* Cash register opening and closing \* Inventory organization and control \* Customer service \* Support on the production line \* Cleaning and organizing the premises \* Maintenance of utensils and equipment Compensation: \* Salary: R$ 2\.433,67 Benefits: \* Monthly bonus of up to 30% of salary (up to R$ 730,10\), starting upon formal employment \* On-site meals \* Transportation allowance \* Basic food basket worth R$ 156,29 \* Banked hours (accumulated every 6 months) \* Birthday day off \* R$ 50.00 for children aged up to 11 years old on Children's Day \* R$ 300.00 per successfully hired referral \* R$ 100.00 if selected as "Employee of the Month" \* R$ 100.00 per year of service !!
