We are looking for a **Sugar Production Operator I** to join the **EAB** team in **Bocaina, SP.** **Responsibilities and duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:** * Monitor and operate equipment used in the sugar production process; * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities; * Uphold quality practices; * Perform chemical product unloading; * Dose raw materials into the process; **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Primary education; * Availability to work morning, afternoon, and night shifts on a 5x1 rotating schedule; * Residency in: Bocaina SP, Dourado SP, Boa Esperança do Sul SP, or Jau SP. **Additional information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our selection process includes three main stages (additional stages may apply, and you will be informed if you advance): * Application \- completion of this form and any additional data, if required. * HR interview \- an informal conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership interview: a more technical discussion to further explain the day-to-day responsibilities and challenges.
