We are looking for an **Occupational Nurse** to join the **Occupational Health** team in **Bocaina/SP.** **Responsibilities and duties** **WHAT YOUR DAILY WORK WILL BE LIKE:** * Manage occupational exams; * Conduct psychosocial assessments; * Ensure compliance with department goals and policies; * Provide life support in first aid; * Monitor recovery, preservation, and rehabilitation of workers in Professional Rehabilitation as indicated by Social Security; * Promote training sessions, lectures, and DS (Safety Data) for health promotion and preservation; * Regularly visit work sites and departments, advising on risk conditions according to type and nature; * Guide and supervise nursing assistants/technicians; * Control absenteeism rates and monitor ergonomic risks, tracking health issues to prevent occupational accidents and diseases; * Monitor Work Accident Communication records, ensuring compliance with deadlines and registration with relevant authorities; * Support audits and inspections, and evaluate health documentation for third parties; * Participate in SESMT/SESTR and CIPA meetings; * Manage and monitor Previdenciary Limbo cases; * Manage health licenses and permits. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Bachelor's degree in Nursing; * Specialization in Occupational Nursing; * Active COREN-SP registration; * Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); * Previous experience in occupational health; * Knowledge of Nexo and/or SAP systems will be a plus; * Valid Brazilian driver's license (CNH), category B or higher; * Mobility to work in Bocaina/SP with a 100% in-person schedule on an English week. **Additional information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes 3 main stages (there may be additional ones, and you will be informed if you progress): * Application—completion of this form and any additional data if required. * HR interview—a conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership interview—a more technical discussion to further explain day-to-day activities and challenges.
