We are seeking a **Motor Pump Operator - Vinhaca** to join the **EAB** team in **Valparaiso - SP**. **Responsibilities and Duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:** Operate the motor pump for vinasse distribution, applying the product to designated areas. Assemble piping systems; Monitor pump operation and arrange maintenance whenever necessary; Monitor application quality by continuously checking pumping pressure and halting application if pressure is inadequate; Maintain communication with the Vinasse Pump House Operator and Vinasse Supervisors, initiating, continuing, or suspending application as required by operational needs; Ensure equipment preservation and operational safety. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** Primary education; Interest in field/agricultural activities; Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, or night) and on a 5X1 day-off schedule; Commitment to safety; Residence in Valparaiso - SP or Bento de Abreu - SP. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process comprises three main stages (additional stages may apply, and you’ll be informed if you advance): * Application—completion of this form and any additional data, if required. * HR Interview—a conversational interview to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview—a more technical conversation to further detail daily responsibilities and challenges.
