Internal and external involvement in the customer journey *DataBot is a high-tech startup providing Artificial Intelligence solutions for optimizing factory operations via a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform.* *We are pioneers in developing and applying AI algorithms for Industry 4.0 in Brazil, and our platform is deployed across major national and multinational corporations.* ***Job Description*** *We are looking for talent to accelerate our expansion.* *The Senior Data Analyst reports directly to DataBot’s Product Director and has primary responsibility for mastering the platform’s use, the ELT process (data collection, organization, and pre-analysis), data modeling and mining, insight extraction, and crafting contextual prompts for fine-tuning the DataBot Co-pilot (an LLM delivering autonomous operational intelligence support to end users).* *Their role spans two areas:* 1) Internally, performing data analysis, machine learning, and AI to implement ELTs, queries, analytical models, and prompts that enhance the Co-pilot’s intelligence. *2) Externally, supporting the customer journey (discovery, consideration, decision, integration, validation, go-live, and post-sales), ensuring customers have a positive experience and appropriately adopt product features* at executive, analytical, and operational levels. *To fully fulfill this role, we seek a hands-on profile with strong technical expertise, commitment, and skills in planning and communication.* ***Main Activities and Responsibilities*** *· Data analysis, machine learning, and AI for implementing ELTs, queries, and analytical models.* *· Development and updating of the Co-pilot’s knowledge base.* *· Discussion of strategies for creating and improving features.* *· Drafting requirements and technical specifications related to Big Data.* · *Ensuring delivery quality.* *· Interaction with senior executives, analysts, managers, and factory supervisors from large companies to define requirements and validate features.* *· Interaction with IT departments of large companies to define system requirements and validate API/ELT integrations.* · *Leading the validation and go-live process, engaging stakeholders to execute implementation activities, managing potential changes and new planning efforts.* *· Product demonstrations for prospective customers.* *· Onboarding of new customers.* *· Functional customer support to clarify usage questions.* ***Profile*** *— Communicative, with excellent oral and written communication skills for interacting with customers and team members;* *— Ability to manage change and adapt to new planning initiatives;* *— Analytical mindset;* *— Problem-solving ability, with outstanding capacity to resolve issues or complete tasks and processes, simplifying and accelerating procedures.* *— Interest in and ability to learn new tools and methodologies* ***Requirements*** *— Completed undergraduate degree in IT (Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Systems Analysis, or Computer Science), Production Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Business Administration;* *— Minimum 5 years’ experience delivering complex data analytics applications (preferably in the factory operations area of large companies);* *— Proven expertise in data pipelines, Big Data, and OLAP/OLTP databases (preferably MySQL/Apache Doris and Apache Iceberg);* *— Proven expertise in SQL, Python, advanced statistics, predictive modeling, and data visualization;* *— Familiarity with Linux (the standard working environment at DataBot);* *— Advanced English (preferably fluent) for written communication and spoken interaction with foreign stakeholders;* Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$8,000.00 – R$10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Childcare allowance * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Education: * Completed undergraduate degree (Mandatory) Experience: * Complex data analysis (Mandatory) * Data pipelines, Big Data, and OLAP/OLTP databases (Mandatory) * SQL, Python, advanced statistics, predictive modeling (Mandatory) Language: * English (Mandatory)
