THE SOCIAL SERVICE FOR TRANSPORT (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRANSPORT TRAINING SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (CNPJ/MF) under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, respectively, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby announce the opening of applications for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice.
**1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:**
1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages.
1\.2\. Candidates approved in this process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the ranking order.
1\.3\. This selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT.
POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES
2\.. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for the hiring of professionals for the positions listed below:
**POSITION:** Nutritionist
**EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT).
**BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physical therapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal allowance and/or food allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units are extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Health plan (with co-payment) \- Employee's monthly premium covered by the company; dependent(s)' monthly premium covered by the employee.
2\.1\. Work schedule and shifts will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call; the candidate must declare availability for the assigned schedule. A candidate declining the position due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process.
**Workload:** 20 hours per week

**Job Summary:** Develops, guides, and monitors the progress of treatment plans in food education, nutrition, and dietetics for SEST clients, as well as implements educational initiatives within the professional’s area of expertise.
**MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:**

DOCUMENTATION
ACTIVE REGISTRATION WITH THE REGIONAL NUTRITION COUNCIL (CRN).
**PROOF:** Copy of the Professional Identification Card issued by the respective Regional Council. (At the time of hiring, a “no record” certificate issued by the relevant authority will be required.)
**EXPERIENCE:**
PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN CLINICAL SERVICES FOCUSED ON FOOD EDUCATION.
**PROOF:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements; otherwise, submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of the requested professional experience must be demonstrated by:
a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and nature of services rendered, along with a detailed description of activities performed;
b) Or copy of the Worker’s Social Security Booklet (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the position sought (only if the CTPS entry uses nomenclature correlated to that required in the Selection Process);
c) Or copy of the service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove experience.
**SYLLABUS:**
**PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):**
