Mentoring and training teams in advanced practices Develop and implement innovative negotiation strategies for complex and high-impact cases, lead discussions with multiple stakeholders, analyze scenarios and trends to anticipate risks and opportunities, collaborate in designing internal policies aligned with current legislation, mentor and train teams in advanced practices, manage performance indicators to improve results, strengthen strategic relationships with stakeholders, mitigate legal and financial risks, participate in strategic projects, and continuously update knowledge on legislative changes and market trends. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and implement negotiation strategies by structuring innovative approaches for highly complex cases, considering financial, legal, and behavioral aspects, with a focus on credit recovery and maintaining strategic relationships; * Conduct high-impact negotiations, leading discussions with debtors and representatives in critical or financially significant cases, managing diverse interests and resolving impasses effectively; * Analyze scenarios and trends, as well as evaluate economic, behavioral, and legal data to anticipate risks and opportunities, providing insights that guide credit recovery strategies. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Economics, or related fields is preferred; * Minimum of 6 months of experience in highly complex credit negotiations, including involvement in scenarios with substantial financial impact and multiple stakeholders, advanced negotiation and conflict management techniques, legislation and regulations applicable to credit recovery, data analysis, performance indicators and strategic reporting, CRM tools and collections management systems. **Additional Information** Founded in 1998, S&S is headquartered in Ribeirão Preto.
