All applications must be submitted exclusively through our official channels.* **Responsibilities and duties** * Develop, implement, coordinate, and monitor the **PCMSO**, in accordance with current legislation. * Serve as the **occupational physician**, conducting admission, periodic, return-to-work, job-change, and dismissal medical examinations. * Control and ensure proper management of employees’ **medical records and clinical files**, guaranteeing confidentiality and legal compliance. * Monitor employees with **disabilities (PCDs)** and workers on leave, performing medical evaluations and providing guidance. * Plan, coordinate, and execute health promotion campaigns, including: *White January, Yellow September, Pink October, Blue November.* * Develop educational and preventive initiatives focused on employees’ physical and mental health. * Manage clinics at the **Pilar, Surubim, and Vermelhos** units. * Ensure quality of medical services, clinical workflows, and availability of resources. * Provide **urgent and emergency medical care** to employees, as needed. * Oversee team activities and manage the health team, including: Nursing Technicians, Nurses, and the clinic’s administrative staff. * Guide, supervise, and develop the team, ensuring adherence to best clinical practices. * Manage contracts for **occupational health services**, accredited clinics, laboratories, and service providers. * Evaluate performance indicators, costs, and quality of contracted services. * Serve as the focal point for interactions with the **Ministry of Labor**, the **INSS (National Institute of Social Security)**, and other agencies related to Occupational Health. * Support inspections, audits, and legal requirements related to occupational medicine. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in **Medicine**. * **Active registration with the Regional Medical Council (CRM)**. * **Active RQE (Specialist Registration Certificate)**. * Specialization in **Occupational Medicine**. * Proven experience in **occupational health management and PCMSO**. * Experience in people management. * Knowledge of labor and social security legislation applicable to Occupational Health. * Willingness to reside in Jaguarari/BA, Juazeiro/BA, Petrolina/PE, or nearby cities. **Additional information What do we offer?** * Competitive salary * Profit-sharing program (PLR) * Private pension plan * Health insurance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Industrial cafeteria * Meal allowance * Quality-of-Life Program * Gympass – Wellhub * Extended maternity and paternity leave (Citizen Company) * Eyeglasses purchase assistance for family members * Triennial bonus * Additional vacation bonus (2/3 of vacation pay) #### **We are ERO, one of Brazil’s leading producers of copper and gold.** **We belong to a global group headquartered in Canada with a strong presence in Brazil.
