Job Summary: Professional responsible for unloading raw materials, preparing bulk oil blends, conducting quality control, and organizing the work area. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in bulk oil production process 2. Conducting quality control and organization 3. Material handling using pallet jack **Job Responsibilities** * Unload raw materials; * Receive the Production Order (PO) from the PCP department, complete it, and initiate the blending demand by selecting the required inputs for bulk oil blending; * Perform production release checklist; * Weigh / portion inputs; * Open tank valves to direct oil into the mixer; * Deposit blending materials into the tank; * Collect bulk oil samples and deliver them to the laboratory for analysis along with the production order; * Release approved bulk oil to the surge tank; * Open and close POs (Production Orders for MIV raw material); * Cut and portion polymer for MIV preparation; * Organize internal and external work areas; * Dispose of recyclable and non-recyclable materials at the designated appropriate locations; Technical Knowledge: \- Experience operating pallet jacks; \- Knowledge of goods sorting, loading, and unloading.
