**Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze defects in components and products that exhibited failures during tests conducted throughout the process. * Identify root causes of failures and communicate them to responsible areas (leadership, quality, technicians, and engineering) for corrective and/or preventive actions. * Perform analyses according to predefined operational procedures, with skill and efficiency. * Evaluate components used in the testing process, such as loopback devices, test CDs, USB drives, USB hubs, and other tools implemented by engineering. * Conduct initial analysis of the testing infrastructure, determining whether failures originate from the product or from the testing medium, and escalating to technical areas when necessary. * Perform preliminary analysis of test equipment—including hipots, 3G, GPS, test codes, among others—as directed by the test engineering team. * Support implementation of improvement projects, new technologies, and functionalities. * Train production line personnel on testing procedures and tools. * Propose and develop continuous improvement initiatives. * Record defects and analysis results in specific reports. * Report recurring failures to the immediate supervisor for corrective decision-making. * Maintain care and responsibility for work tools (laptop, backpack, measuring instruments, test equipment, and production process equipment). * Comply with standards and procedures of Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems. * Perform other tasks related to the position and/or assigned by the company. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in the testing field. * Comprehensive knowledge of the area of operation, including assembly, disassembly, and testing stations. * Good manual dexterity for handling delicate and small-sized materials. * Basic computer literacy and familiarity with factory-floor control systems. * Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems. * Familiarity with DOS and programming languages. * Knowledge of Prom and Merweb systems. **Benefits:** * On-site cafeteria * Commuter transportation (round-trip) * Life insurance **Salary:** R$ 3\.245,41 **Monday to Friday** * **1st Shift:** 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM Job Type: Temporary Contract Duration: 3 months Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.600,00 per month
