Mission Responsible for carrying out and completing preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring operational availability, aiming at safety, environment, product quality, and resource optimization in the Group's units. Identification What you will do Ensure the execution of medium-complexity tasks in preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance of machines and equipment, aiming to keep them in perfect working condition. • Assist in identifying the origin and extent of defects by removing, disassembling, repairing and/or replacing, and reassembling parts and components in machines and equipment. • Develop the ability to fabricate and/or refurbish parts and components based on technical drawings, using machine tools such as lathes, planers, milling machines, drills, welding equipment, and others. • Assist in adjusting components, machines, and equipment, testing their operation under real and/or simulated conditions, ensuring their accuracy. • Assist in implementing and modifying machines and equipment by applying knowledge of technological innovations obtained from consulting catalogs, drawings, diagrams, and technical information from other companies, aiming to eliminate defect causes and improve performance. • Operate machinery and motor vehicles, such as cranes, Munk trucks, and others, when properly trained and certified. • Perform activities according to company procedures, standards, and policies, complying with requirements related to quality, equipment safety, occupational health, workplace safety, and environmental protection. • Ensure equipment lubrication according to corrective and preventive maintenance schedules. • Carry out activities according to company procedures, standards, and policies, meeting requirements for Quality, Food Safety, Occupational Health, Workplace Safety, and Environmental Protection. Description: WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE: * Higher education completed in Nursing; * Specialization in Occupational Nursing; * Active COREN-SP registration; * Basic/intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); * Previous experience in occupational health; * It will be a differentiator to have understanding of the Nexo and/or SAP systems; * National Driver's License (CNH) with minimum category B; * Mobility to work in the city of Bocaina/SP in a 100% onsite schedule following the English week. WHAT YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE: * Manage occupational medical exams; * Conduct psychosocial assessments; * Ensure compliance with department goals and policies; * Provide life support in first aid situations; * Monitor recovery, preservation, and rehabilitation of workers undergoing Professional Rehabilitation as indicated by Social Security; * Promote training sessions, lectures, and DS for Health Promotion and Preservation; * Regularly visit work sites and departments, guiding on risk condition measures according to type and nature; * Supervise and support nursing assistants/technicians; * Control absenteeism rates and monitor Ergonomic Risk, tracking health aggravations to prevent Occupational Accidents and Diseases; * Follow up on Work Accident Communication records, ensuring timely reporting and registration with relevant authorities; * Assist in audits and inspections, and evaluate health documentation of third parties; * Participate in SESMT/SESTR and CIPA meetings; * Carry out control and monitoring of Social Security pending cases (Limbo Previdenciário); * Manage Health Licenses and Permits. 251110020218575093
