If you seek challenges, enjoy applying your knowledge in practice, and want to work in a **dynamic and visionary team**, this opportunity is for you! **Your responsibilities in this role:** * Monitor the Field Services ticket queue, prioritizing and responding according to severity and SLA requirements. * Provide on-site and remote support for IT and Telecommunications tickets within agreed timeframes. * Perform installation, configuration, and repair of hardware and software on computing equipment and devices (microcomputing). * Conduct installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications infrastructure, including CCTV cameras, structured cabling, network cable termination, rack organization, etc. * Perform testing, inspections, and preventive maintenance on IT and Telecommunications equipment and systems. * Conduct inventory of IT and Telecommunications equipment, maintaining up-to-date records. * Maintain organization and standardization of technical rooms, racks, and IT/Telecom environments. * Record, update, and report the status of support requests to the Service Center, including ticket closure. **What we’re looking for:** * Completed High School education with relevant experience. * Courses in Computer Science, Electronics, Networking, IT, or Telecommunications. * Experience in Technical Support. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and microcomputing. * Knowledge of CCTV and structured cabling. **Preferred qualifications (differentiators):** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Networking, IT, or Telecommunications. * Basic knowledge of network communications, telephony, and infrastructure.
