User training and problem resolution **Technical Support and Infrastructure Analyst (IT)** We are seeking a proactive and resilient professional to join our IT team. If you enjoy solving problems, interact easily with people, and seek a dynamic environment that combines user support with infrastructure responsibilities, this position is for you! **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * **Ticket Management (SLA):** Registering, classifying, and resolving incidents and requests, ensuring users resume productivity as quickly as possible. * **Hardware Maintenance:** Diagnosing and repairing computers, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals. * **Systems and Software:** Installing and supporting Windows, Linux distributions, Microsoft Office, and internal systems. * **Network Infrastructure:** Assisting with server maintenance, network monitoring, and structured cabling organization. * **Audiovisual Support:** Configuring meeting rooms, videoconferencing systems, and audio/video equipment. * **Training:** Empowering employees to use the company’s technological tools efficiently. **What We Are Looking For (Requirements):** * **Education:** Completed Technical Course in Information Technology **and** currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in IT (Systems, Networks, Computer Science, or related fields). * **Operating Systems:** Intermediate proficiency in Windows and basic/intermediate knowledge of Linux. * **Networks and Servers:** Familiarity with network protocols and directory services (**Active Directory**). * **Hardware:** Technical ability to perform physical diagnostics and component replacement. * **Soft Skills:** Excellent communication skills, organizational capability to manage multiple tasks, and focus on problem resolution under pressure. **Advantages (Desirable):** * Prior experience in customer service with SLA-based performance targets. * Knowledge of network monitoring tools.
