Are you ready to join us on this journey? **Responsibilities and Duties** **What are we looking for?** An organized and proactive individual. **Your typical day will include:** * Providing user support via telephone, remote, or in-person assistance, and logging incidents to enable analysis and resolution—escalating them to resolver teams when necessary; * Handling incidents related to operating systems, software, hardware, networks, Microsoft Office Suite, databases, printers and peripherals, as well as technical requests concerning services, security, and products; * Delivering technical support to ensure high availability and performance of clients’ platforms, and, when required, guiding and training users; * Performing requirements analysis, development, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment related to infrastructure; * Conducting directory mapping, configuring POP/Exchange and Lotus Notes email, setting up user profiles, installing VPN, configuring Active Directory and IP addresses; Performing requirements analysis, development, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment related to infrastructure; * **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required knowledge:** * Windows; * Active Directory; * Computer Networks; * Basic Information Security concepts. **Preferred qualifications:** * ITIL certification; * Microsoft 365 certification. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00 in Agudos \- SP **NOTE:** Hey!
