




The Salesperson at Olinda Distribuidora will have the primary mission of driving sales volume and strengthening the presence of our products at points of sale through strategic negotiations, commercial relationship building, and excellent execution of our brands in the market. They will also be responsible for prospecting and registering new customers, contributing to the expansion of our service network and the company’s sustainable growth. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor sales results and targets; * Register new customers, identifying new points of sale; * Develop trust-based relationships; * Execute brand strategies, ensuring correct product execution at Points of Sale (pricing, display, stock); * Introduce new products and expand market reach: present and promote new products in the portfolio, increasing brand penetration; * Negotiate volumes, delivery terms, and promotional activities at points of sale; * Conduct commercial visits, product activation, and sales of Danone products; * Perform post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty; * Collaborate with the merchandising team to guarantee product visibility; * Conduct regular visits to Points of Sale within the assigned region; **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed High School education or currently pursuing higher education; * Driver’s license category A/B; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and flexibility; * Proven experience as a Retail Salesperson, Sales Representative, or similar role; * Practical knowledge of client and market dynamics and requirements; **Benefits** * Health Insurance Plan * Meal Allowance * Fuel Allowance * Variable Compensation and Incentives Business hours.
