Our team is certified as a Great Place to Work (GPTW)! **Responsibilities:** * Support management in monitoring the department and customers; * Respond to and coordinate the customer group assigned to you on WhatsApp; * Foster the company/department’s culture in a positive and inclusive manner for interns; * Pursue and maintain high service satisfaction for assigned customers, consistently achieving a positive NPS score; * Build and strengthen interpersonal relationships with promoters, supervisors, and other departments; * Contribute innovations and improvements to the department; * Perform work autonomously with commitment and excellence; * Embody the company’s values, mission, and vision in daily work; * Participate in training programs offered by the company; * Welcome new team members, address their questions and challenges; * Adhere strictly to scheduled working hours; overtime only with prior agreement with direct management; Requirements * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Administration, Marketing, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of market research methodologies. * Analytical skills to interpret data and extract insights. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. **Benefits** * Dental Insurance * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance * Health Insurance **Benefits and Compensation:** * \- Salary: R$ 1\.621,00 * \- Incentive: R$ 200,00 * \- Transportation Allowance (paid in cash, based on need) * \- Meal Allowance: R$ 484,00 **Additional Information** * Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Benefits: * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Education Assistance * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance RT is a company that values employee development; therefore, we firmly implement the PDE (Professional Development Plan) for our interns, enabling them to grow and increase their stipend up to three times during their two-year contract.
