Near the bus terminal. **Neighborhood:** Itaipuaçu, Jardim Atlântico. **Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated and agile Bakery Assistant to support daily bakery operations. The professional will assist in production, organize the department, and provide courteous customer service—contributing to the consistent delivery of fresh and delicious products. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in the production of bread, cakes, and savory items under the baker’s supervision. * Support preparation of doughs, fillings, and toppings. * Restock and replenish products on shelves and display cases. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of production and service areas in accordance with sanitary regulations. * Assist in monitoring product expiration dates and quality of displayed items. * Help organize bakery tools and equipment. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in bakeries, confectioneries, or industrial kitchens is desirable. * Basic knowledge of food hygiene and handling. * Good physical stamina, agility, and willingness to learn. * Organizational skills, commitment, and ability to work in a team. * Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. **Preferred Qualifications:** * At least one year of documented work experience in the field. * Basic knowledge of baking or confectionery. * Experience in customer service. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with the role. * Benefits: Transportation allowance, **Meal allowance**, Bonus. * Opportunities for growth and learning within the company. * A collaborative and respectful work environment.
