Identify process improvement opportunities aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring quality. Develop flowcharts and process models using tools such as BPM and Bizagi. Propose action plans to correct deviations and implement improvements (using 5W2H, PDCA). Monitor the implementation of improvements and measure achieved results. Promote standardization of routines and operational procedures.
