




### **JOB DESCRIPTION** \*\*\*\*\*\*ALL OUR POSITIONS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES AND INSS-REHABILITATED INDIVIDUALS.\*\*\*\*\*\* * Ensure and guarantee the proper use and distribution of uniforms and PPEs, personal hygiene, materials, and products, in accordance with standard procedures, instructions from supervisors, and safety regulations; * Monitor daily activities by reviewing the RAD (Daily Activity Report), overseeing the application of cleaning and hygiene techniques; * Organize team workload distribution, providing leadership, defining tasks to be performed, and assigning staff to respective sectors; * Conduct onboarding checklists for new employees according to established routines, clarifying disciplinary rules, work instructions, safety regulations, and sector visits to ensure proper integration; * Verify material supply levels and distribute as needed; inspect the DML (Cleaning Materials Storage) and functional carts to ensure employees can perform their daily duties; * Perform cleaning checklists using specific forms to evaluate cleaning and hygiene outcomes, guiding the team whenever deficiencies are identified, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards; * Monitor team discipline, advising and correcting inappropriate behavior, and applying appropriate penalties per the code of conduct; * Ensure practical application of knowledge acquired during training sessions stipulated in the contract, promoting best practices across the team; * Complete PPE control records, documenting equipment issued to employees and collecting signatures, in compliance with occupational safety guidelines and instructions; * Dilute cleaning products as required, following specifications outlined in the procedure; * Check expiration dates of sprayers and containers in stock and after dilution, verifying validity periods per established standards; * Monitor inventory levels of materials and equipment under the contract, flagging or submitting necessary requisitions, verifying deliveries upon receipt, and organizing storage allocation; * Receive and sign employee attendance certificates, forwarding them to supervisors for absence tracking and appropriate handling of justified absences; * Monitor employee attendance and punctuality via payroll records and time cards; * Wash utensils used by the previous shift, organizing and storing them in designated locations to support continuity of scheduled activities; * Read and record information in the incident logbook at the start and end of each shift to ensure seamless continuity of contractual activities; * Conduct shift handover jointly with the leadership of the incoming shift, performing sector rounds, highlighting incidents, recording relevant information, and ensuring smooth continuity of contractual activities; * Conduct sector rounds, guiding assistants in task execution, ensuring correct application of cleaning techniques, correcting posture, delegating responsibilities, and monitoring performance to assess results against established standards; * Escort and accompany employees in case of workplace accidents or medical incidents, promptly informing supervisors, occupational safety personnel, and family members; * Attend judicial or administrative hearings as a company representative when requested by the legal department; * Dilute cleaning chemicals correctly, adhering to occupational safety recommendations as well as manufacturer instructions, SDS documents (Safety Data Sheets), and training provided; * Perform related duties within the scope of one’s competencies, as directed by immediate supervisors. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * MINIMUM EDUCATION: Incomplete Elementary School. * PREFERRED: Completed Elementary School. (If no formal documentation proving educational level is available, completion of the registration form confirming literacy shall prevail). * MINIMUM EXPERIENCE IN FIELD: 6 months. * PREFERRED: 1 year.
