The challenges awaiting you at your next destination are: * Coordinates the execution of fleet projects, including aircraft acquisition, fleet certifications, and interchangeability projects, as defined in Abra Group’s and its OpCos’ Annual Business and Fleet Plan. Ensures awareness of schedules, deliverables, budgets, and objectives among support teams; * Supports and monitors the work plan, scope, and budget of assigned projects. Assists in tracking tasks, durations, and resource requirements to align deadlines and budgetary constraints. Monitors ongoing activities to ensure all steps are completed as planned. Prepares reports, deliverables, and budget tracking for communication with the project manager across various forums; * Identifies risks and communicates progress and issues to other levels and relevant stakeholders; * Provides analytical support for developing the long-term fleet plan, including data collection on contract expirations and fleet conditions. Supports decision-making by providing relevant analytical inputs; * Manages relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders across the Group and its OpCos; * Supports quality, continuity, and process improvement, contributing to procurement initiatives through technology and optimization to increase efficiency and transparency; * Ensures that OpCos’ and Group policies are consistently followed, also guiding business areas.
