We are looking for an **Export Specialist** to join our TRADING team in São Paulo**.** **Responsibilities and duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:** * Receive and analyze English-language shipping nominations. * Nominate counterparties according to contractual terms. * Receive and analyze shipping instructions. * Identify Circles. * Propose DBP. * Monitor claims, damages, weight or quality discrepancies. * Provide customer service in Brazil and abroad via phone and e\-mail. * Enter export data into company systems. * Conduct daily communication with internal departments involved and service providers. * Analyze and resolve various issues. * Calculate demurrage provisions. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or related fields. * Advanced English (spoken and written). * Experience coordinating containerized commodity shipments, preferably sugar. * Experience managing bulk export shipments and export routines, preferably sugar. * In-depth knowledge of Incoterms and international trade regulations. * Knowledge and experience calculating laytime. * In-depth knowledge of international sugar contracts (e.g., NY 11 and RSAL). * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel (data analysis, tables, formulas). * Experience developing KPIs and analyzing data using Power BI and Excel. **Additional information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional stages may apply, and you’ll be informed if you progress): * Application \- completing this form and any additional required information. * HR interview \- a casual conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership interview: a more technical discussion to further detail day-to-day responsibilities and challenges.
