If you focus on customer needs and innovation; make decisions openly and transparently; appreciate and foster a respectful work environment; work in a multidisciplinary, collaborative, pragmatic and results-oriented manner; and assume responsibility for delivery, learn more about our **Contract Coordinator** position. **Key job details:** Work location: Ipatinga/MG Working hours: Monday to Friday Work modality: On-site Contract type: Permanent **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate contract execution across refractory application fronts, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards. * Ensure adherence to scope, deadlines, costs and operational performance indicators (KPIs). * Lead operational and administrative teams, promoting operational discipline, engagement and team development. * Interact directly with the customer, facilitating technical, operational and contractual alignment. * Ensure compliance with SSMA (Safety, Security, Health and Environment) standards, labor legislation and applicable legal requirements. * Manage resource planning, team mobilization and demobilization. * Control contract budgeting, measurements, billing and financial performance tracking. * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, productivity gains and cost reduction. * Collaborate closely with Engineering, Procurement, HR, Safety and Finance departments. * Prepare and present managerial and executive contract reports. **Required knowledge and skills:** Bachelor’s degree completed Proven experience in industrial contract management, preferably in steelmaking or heavy industry. Experience managing operational teams. Strong background in occupational safety and risk management. Knowledge of cost control, contractual measurements and performance indicators. Willingness to work in an industrial environment and maintain constant interaction with customers.
