**Multi-Machine Operator (Backhoe, Excavator, Loader, Grader)** **Location: Sumaré - JD Manchester** **Job Summary:** We are seeking a qualified Multi-Machine Operator to join our team. The professional will be responsible for operating various heavy machinery, ensuring efficient and safe execution of activities on construction sites and projects. **Responsibilities:** \- Operate backhoes, excavators, loaders, or graders \- the candidate must operate at least 3 machines \-, performing excavations, earthmoving, finishing work, and other tasks as required. \- Comply with company safety regulations and operational procedures, ensuring the safety of the operator and all involved teams. \- Perform basic preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery when strictly necessary, following manufacturer guidelines and reporting issues to the maintenance department so that a yellow-line heavy machinery mechanic can be dispatched to the site. \- Collaborate with other operators and supervisors to ensure timely completion of tasks according to schedule. \- Keep machines clean, organized, and in good working condition. **Requirements:** \- Proven experience operating at least 3 of the following machines: backhoe, excavator, loader, and grader. \- Easy access to the Sumaré region. \- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions. \- Certification in heavy machinery operation is a plus. **Benefits:** \- Medical insurance \- SulAmérica (optional, R$260.00 monthly payroll deduction \- no co-payment for 1 year, dental coverage already included). \- Breakfast provided by the company. \- Meal allowance: R$27.32 per workday. \- Food allowance: R$180.70 per month. \- OpenEnglish. \- TotalPass. \- Transportation voucher: only 3% payroll deduction. \- Education assistance: up to R$200.00, available after 6 months of employment.
