Make, answer, forward, and monitor internal and external phone calls clearly and courteously. Receive, organize, and dispatch documents and materials, ensuring traceability and integrity. Collect and record patient information in the laboratory’s system, ensuring compliance with internal and external protocols, including safety and privacy regulations. Handle complaints or issues calmly and efficiently, escalating more complex situations to immediate management. Comply with, and ensure compliance with, occupational safety standards, as well as maintain a clean and organized environment. Represent and promote the company’s values, mission, and vision in all interactions. ### **Prerequisites** Completed high school education. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience in customer service and telephone handling. Basic computer and management system knowledge.
