Your Daily Responsibilities as an Educator: * Routine Support: Assist with feeding, hygiene (diaper changes, handwashing), rest periods, and receiving/delivering children to their guardians. * + Development Stimulation: * Motor: Ball games, jumping, block building, sensory activities (touching, feeling textures). * Language and Cognition: Reading books, singing, storytelling, imitation games, encouraging speech. * Social and Emotional: Participating in play, helping children become independent, observing and intervening when necessary—with patience and affection. * Observation and Teacher Support: Serve as the teacher’s eyes in the classroom, observing children’s progress and individual needs, and assisting with planned activities.
