Deliver user support via phone, WhatsApp, and other digital channels. Conduct in-person customer service whenever necessary. Assist in resolving issues related to computers, applications, systems, and smartphones. Previous experience as a Support Analyst, Support Technician, Technical Support Assistant, or Support Specialist may indicate alignment with some of the activities required for this position. High school diploma required.
