We collaborate dynamically and with significant autonomy, valuing ideas, agility, and the drive to make things happen. **Job Description:** We are seeking a **Social Media Intern** to support content creation, planning, and management for social media platforms. You will work alongside the marketing team to increase reach, engagement, and conversion, helping maintain the identity and consistency of our social media pages. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in creating content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook; * Schedule and publish posts; * Support scriptwriting for Reels and Shorts; * Research trends and formats for social media; * Support metric analysis and report generation; **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields; * Strong writing and communication skills; * Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing; * Organizational skills and attention to deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience managing social media accounts; * Basic design knowledge (Canva or similar tools); * Basic video editing skills for Reels and TikTok. **If you're passionate about creating social media content, analyzing metrics, and supporting digital marketing strategies, this role is for you!** **Working Hours:** 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday **Work Model:** 100% Remote **Compensation:** Initial R$ 600.00; after 3 months, the intern transitions into a growth track within the agency.
