




Description: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology in Mechanical, Production, Polymers, Chemistry, or related fields. * Preferred: Technical course in Plastics / Graphic Processes. * Willingness to travel. * Desired traits: Hands-on approach, resilience, proactivity, and creativity. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Knowledge of manufacturing processes (blow molding, injection molding, carton packaging, aluminum) and their respective decoration processes: screen printing, flexography, rotogravure, lithogravure, among others. * Valid driver’s license. * Experience in packaging development, with proven track record in Hygiene & Cleaning and Cosmetics products. * Ensure continuous improvement of packaging materials, guaranteeing optimal performance on production lines. * Define packaging material specifications based on technical performance, characteristics, and material properties. * Critical analysis of designs, quality, and regulatory requirements. * Preparation of technical documentation, reports, and risk analyses for projects and/or tasks. * Development of technical bills of materials and registration of structures in the system. * Technical discussions regarding plastic molds (extrusion-blow, injection, thermoforming). * Alignment among Marketing, Manufacturing, and Procurement for any changes to packaging materials. * Support R&D and Company strategy to achieve expected results, including preparation of preliminary budgets, adhering to Compliance best practices and implementation of quality policies. * Lead and execute projects involving rigid and flexible packaging. * Conduct technical validations (dimensional, physical, and laboratory tests), operational tests, and pilot batches. * Develop packaging technical specifications and standards for colors and finishes critically and accurately. * Work with ERP systems and similar platforms. * Graphic design analysis (attention to detail required). * Manage multiple concurrent projects. * Develop packaging stage timelines. * Conduct packaging cost studies. 2512220202491226990
