Mail management and real estate portal organization A well-established real estate agency in the Pirituba region, northwest zone of São Paulo, is seeking a professional to join its customer service team: **What You Will Do:** \- Greet customers; \- Handle telephone, email, and WhatsApp communications to guide customers and staff; \- Schedule appointments according to agents’ calendars, assisting with property record preparation (sales and rentals); \- Manage correspondence and meetings, supporting agents’ and directors’ schedules; \- Assist in processing and uploading property photos into the system and other portals (ImovelWeb, Zap Imóveis, OLX), as well as the physical display board at reception, whenever necessary; \- Monitor and track email and WhatsApp replies and follow-ups; \- Assist in billing registration and dispatch, key control (sales and rentals); \- Maintain an organized reception area, including supply replenishment and equipment maintenance support; \- And other duties relevant to the position. **Skills** Prior experience in customer service and administrative routines is essential; Experience working in real estate agencies will be considered an advantage; **Requirements:** Completed high school education. **Work Location:** Pirituba \- North Zone of São Paulo **Employment Type:** Full-time CLT \| 100% On-site **Remuneration:** R$ 1750.00 **Benefits:** Transportation allowance; Basic food basket; (R$ 340.00\) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM, and Saturdays from 09:00 AM to 01:00 PM *\- Immediate availability required* Job Type: Full-time CLT Pay: R$1\.750,00 per month Benefits: * Basic food basket * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
