We are looking for a friendly, communicative, and organized receptionist to work at the Wise Up unit’s front desk. The professional will be responsible for delivering excellent service to students and visitors, ensuring a positive experience from the first contact. Responsibilities: * Greet and assist students, parents/guardians, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner; * Answer telephone calls and respond to messages via WhatsApp or e\-mail; * Schedule classes and provide administrative support to students and teachers; * Organize documents and files; * Assist with payment tracking, issuance of bank slips (boletos) and invoices when necessary; * Maintain the reception area and common areas organized and well-presented. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools; * Organizational skills and proactivity.
