Organizing files of negative certificates and related documents An accounting firm is seeking a Negative Certificate Analyst in São Paulo (Bela Vista). **Responsibilities:** Analyze, issue, request, and track negative certificates from federal, state, and municipal authorities. Maintain controls and update validity deadlines of certificates to ensure clients’ tax and documentary compliance. Provide support to accounting, tax, and corporate departments with information and documents related to negative certificates. Organize physical and digital files of negative certificates and other related documents. Previous experience as a Negative Certificate Specialist, Negative Certificate Consultant, Negative Certificate Coordinator, or Negative Certificate Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position.
