Job Summary: An N2 Technical Support / Field Service professional to investigate, diagnose, and resolve IT issues, providing on-site support and incident/service request management. Knowledge of Operating Systems and Network Tools Profile: N2 Technical Support / Field Service **Scope:** Responsibilities: \- Investigate, diagnose, and test the solution for the issue before visiting the requester; \- Provide on-site support for standard PC image applications, systems, and all IT equipment; \- Software support/installation and uninstallation; \- Investigate, diagnose, and test the solution for the issue before visiting the requester; \- Close incident and service request tickets only after resolution; \- Second-level support \- Level 2 \- Field Service; \- Incident/Request Management / Ticket Management.
