




**Requirements:**\- Bachelor's degree in a related field or technical course (Preferred); Knowledge of retail operations at POS systems and RFID/Commercial Automation operations; Experience/Knowledge of Windows 10, Windows Server (2020) — Basic level; Experience as Level 2 Technical Support, providing in-person or remote assistance and support to end users. **Desirable:** Knowledge of Agile methodology (Scrum); ITIL, Azure, incident management, problem management, change management. **Main Responsibilities:** Key Responsibilities and Challenges: Contribute to the continuity of sales operations in stores at POS systems and RFID operations, through on-site visits to support applications, systems, and hardware responsible for these activities in stores; Enhance IT knowledge in stores through software and hardware training sessions and workshops; Implementation, assembly, and installation of all software and hardware devices, as well as maintenance in case of incidents; Ensure execution of inventory in stores through monitoring and support; Filter application errors for analysts through monitoring and handling service tickets opened by stores; Application of checklists during on-site and remote store visits; Continuously identify improvement opportunities in IT-driven solutions through interaction with all hierarchical levels within the store structure; ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Required Knowledge and Skills:** Windows10, WindowsServer, PDV, RFID, AutomaoComercial ### **Benefits:** Health Insurance, Meal Voucher, Transportation Voucher, Life Insurance ### **Department:** Corporate
