We value each employee's knowledge and seek individuals who want to **add value** to the company. **Why intern at AMBAR?** Continuous learning in a dynamic and innovative environment Opportunity to develop your career at a renowned company Involvement in projects that directly impact the construction industry Collaborative culture where your ideas are valued **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide technical support to users, assisting in resolving hardware, software, and network issues. * Support preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and operating systems. * Install and configure software and tools used within the company. * Assist in managing and organizing IT assets, such as computers, peripherals, and software licenses. * Monitor networks, servers, and information security, ensuring service availability and integrity. * Support incident management and provide assistance via internal ticketing system. * Assist in improvement projects and implementation of new technologies in IT infrastructure. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields; * Knowledge of hardware, operating systems, and Microsoft Office suite. * Strong communication skills * Resilience * Flexibility * Proactivity Preferred Qualifications: * Knowledge of networking, infrastructure, and email administration. **Additional Information** **Work Schedule:** 30 hours/week, 6 hours/day between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. **Work Location:** São Carlos/SP Meal Allowance: R$ 303.00/month Transportation Allowance: R$ 200.00/month Birthday Day Off; Mental Health Program; Life Insurance; Total Pass. *All persons with disabilities are welcome to apply.
