### **JOB DESCRIPTION** * Update and support the creation of layouts, banners, marketing assets, and content for the website. * Ensure product publication on the website, including photos, descriptions, prices, and commercial information. * Collaborate with the Procurement team to develop the product catalog and validate it with related departments. * Monitor inventory levels via the system and issue Purchase Requests for restocking. * Record and manage expenses in the system. * Analyze performance metrics such as SKU performance, average order value, conversion rate, and navigation behavior. * Monitor product turnover, stockouts, and restocking opportunities. * Develop and execute promotional activities and thematic campaigns. * Provide customer service via WhatsApp and Instagram, delivering agile, courteous, and efficient support. * Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, delivery timelines, returns, and after\-sales service. * Periodically validate website functionalities, conduct reviews, and propose improvements. * Suggest and align promotional actions on Instagram, ensuring consistency between the website and social media channels. * Contribute ideas to increase traffic, engagement, and conversion. * Develop and support the creation of policies related to website functionalities and internal initiatives. * Participate in trade fairs and external events, supporting product preparation, customer service, and pre\- and post\-event organization. * Assist with inventory counts and support related departments, especially Procurement and Inventory Management. * Maintain close relationships with internal departments, such as Sales, Management, and Executive Leadership. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Prior experience with e\-commerce and strong aesthetic sense for website layout. * Knowledge and familiarity with image editing, banner design, and product description writing. * Analytical profile for monitoring KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics. * Preferred: Experience with VTEX or similar platforms. * Creativity and proactivity to propose ongoing actions and improvements. ### **BENEFITS** * Medical and dental insurance; * Professional development and Corporate University; * Profit\-sharing program (PPR) and incentive campaigns; * Birthday day\-off; * Meal allowance and food voucher; * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy; * Benefits club and educational partnerships; * Engagement and culture initiatives. ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment type:** CLT
