




Description: The Compliance Analyst will assist in the implementation, review, and updating of internal compliance policies, standards, and procedures, as well as in routine departmental activities. Responsibilities and Duties * Assist in the implementation, review, and updating of internal compliance policies, standards, and procedures. * Conduct regulatory research and assessments, monitoring legal and regulatory changes impacting the business. * Support the execution and documentation of third-party due diligence, verifying integrity risks (e.g., KYC, background checks, restricted lists, etc.). * Assist in managing and handling the Ethics/Whistleblowing Channel, including initial screening, registration, and forwarding cases for investigation. * Participate in preparing reports, metrics, and managerial presentations for the area. * Contribute to training and communication initiatives for the Compliance Program (e.g., campaigns, internal materials, preventive communications). * Assist in monitoring and controlling compliance risks, developing spreadsheets, controls, and risk matrices when necessary. * Support the Legal Department and/or other business units on internal inquiries regarding integrity policies, ethics, conflicts of interest, gifts, and hospitality. * Provide support during internal and external audits by supplying requested information and documents. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree completed in Law, Business Administration, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Knowledge of the Compliance field; * Organizational skills; * Strong interpersonal skills. 2512220202491878968
