If you feel fulfilled receiving daily smiles and performing work that transforms lives, this job is for you! **About the Area:** Provide patient service and perform biological sample collection; Our focus is on service excellence and patient safety during procedures. **Main Responsibilities:** Perform and document biological sample collection and guide the client after the procedure; Centrifuge biological samples according to technical specifications; Sort and package biological material for shipment to the technical department in accordance with technical standards and safety protocols; Manage critical products and batch controls; Calibrate the glucometer; Record the temperature of the thermal box, thermal bag, mini-fridge, and ambient temperature; **We Are Looking For Someone Who Has:** Required: Completed Technical Course in Clinical Analysis, Laboratory Technology, Clinical Pathology, or Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedicine; Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; Preferred Experience: Experience in test sample collection and public-facing service; Desirable for the Role: Knowledge of laboratory or hospital routines.
