Provide assistance to the HR department. Monitor employee attendance. Organize documents and maintain updated files. Assist in onboarding, offboarding, and benefits processes. Support finance department routines, including data entry. Manage payment and receipt tracking. Organize files and prepare reports. Handle internal communications and organize daily operational tasks. Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Secretary, Office Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities associated with this position. High school diploma required.
