




The department’s primary objective is to transform itself into an Intelligence Center capable of generating demands that add value to the customer and expand business opportunities. The CSC delivers solutions through digital tools for monitoring, remote support, and predictive maintenance—when integrated, these maximize machine availability and performance. At its core, the challenge for this department is not technology itself, but rather having talent capable of translating all this technology (e.g., DTCs and Expert Alerts) into actionable steps that ensure customers receive rapid information, data-driven decision-making, and remote diagnostics/support. ** Job Mission** **Expand business opportunities** by converting technical alerts into service sales. **Responsibilities and Duties** The Analyst will be responsible for linking machine-reported codes to service offerings and profitability, performing the following activities: * **Alert Prioritization (DTCs and Expert Alerts):** * Use the **Machine Dashboard** tool to centrally review and prioritize **Dealer Trouble Codes (DTCs)** and **Expert Alerts (EAs)**. * Focus on **prioritizing service responses** based on machine health and failure risk, ensuring rapid problem identification and diagnosis. * Perform administrative triage of alerts, ensuring timely communication of translated, real-time information to support decision-making. * **Conversion and Demand Generation:** * Proactively **transform Expert Alerts (EAs)** into **service opportunities**, tracking conversion of these alerts into actual customer sales. * Keep the **Service Admin Portal (SVAP)** updated, managing services, maintenance reminders, and received alerts to provide an overview of service agreements. * **Process Optimization and KPIs:** * Monitor target metrics such as alert-to-service conversion rate and the impact of proactive actions on maintenance and sales. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Technical Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Completed bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Agronomy, or related fields. * **Experience:** Proven practical experience with agricultural machinery mechanics and maintenance. * **Essential Technical Knowledge:** * **In-depth knowledge** of John Deere (JD) machine operation and familiarity with their components. * **Hands-on experience with John Deere tools** (or ability to learn them very quickly), including **DTCs**, **Expert Alerts**, **Machine Dashboard**, **SAR**, and **RDA**. * Proficiency in Excel for operational logging and analysis of alerts. * **Behavioral Skills:** * **Service Orientation and Sales Conversion:** Ability to identify service opportunities from technical data. * **Logical and Practical Reasoning:** Skill to analyze alerts and prioritize actions based on machine risk. * **Communication and Organization:** Essential for managing information flow within the CSC. **Additional Information** Beyond joining a solid, continuously transforming company, you’ll have access to benefits reinforcing our commitment to employee well-being and development: * Profit-Sharing Program; * Sesc Program – access to services, activities, and discounts offered by Sesc; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * TotalPass – access to accredited gyms and physical activities; * Corporate University – platform offering courses and training for professional development; * Meal Voucher.
