For this position, we are seeking a **Receptionist** to work **100% On-site** at the clinic located inside **Barra Shopping – Rio de Janeiro.** We are looking for a Receptionist who is highly proactive, agile, familiar with the administrative routine of a clinic, committed, skilled in communication, and discreet when handling sensitive situations with patients. **What Will Be the Work Schedule?** * Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM; * Saturday: Only in extremely sporadic cases and under maximum urgency! **What Will This Professional Do With Us?** * Provide in-person, telephone, and online customer service, emphasizing courtesy, empathy, and high-quality standards; * Welcome patients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience from their first contact with the clinic; * Manage and control appointment schedules for consultations, procedures, and surgeries; * Provide basic administrative support to clinical and commercial teams; * Maintain organization, cleanliness, and professional appearance at the reception area; * Actively contribute to patient satisfaction, focusing on excellence in service and quality of care provided. **What Qualifications Does This Professional Need to Assume This Role?** * Prior experience as a receptionist, preferably in clinics or healthcare settings; * Dynamic, organized, communicative, and proactive profile; * Strong focus on humanized service and patient experience; * Ability to handle high volumes of interactions and large numbers of people; * English proficiency will be considered a **plus**, due to interaction with international patients; * High level of commitment, ethics, and professional conduct. **What Do We Offer This Professional?** * Salary – R$ 2.500,00; * Meal Voucher – R$ 30.00 per day; * Transportation Voucher. **So, are you ready to join our story? :D** Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) * Meal Voucher * Transportation Voucher
