




Description: * Prior experience as a nutrition technician is desirable; * Active CRN TD registration; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Your responsibilities include: * Monitoring the meal preparation process; * Instructing staff on proper food handling practices; * Assessing food storage conditions and determining appropriate storage locations for each product; * Inspecting storage equipment (refrigerators, ovens, and cold rooms); * Managing received goods, recording receipt dates and suppliers; * Collecting and storing samples of all prepared foods; * Staying updated on current legislation regarding food storage and handling, as well as refrigerator and cold room temperatures; * Ensuring staff wear appropriate PPE and uniforms; * Establishing equipment cleaning schedules; * Performing other departmental procedures. 2512210202551875646
