Focus on quality, safety, and legal compliance Mission Responsible for operationalizing harvest, loading, internal fruit movement, and bin operations on farms under their responsibility, aiming to meet corporate planning through adherence to schedules, KPIs, costs, loading and transportation, shifts, and regulatory compliance. Job Responsibilities Execute the farm's harvest operational plan under their responsibility to meet corporate planning by complying with scheduling requirements (e.g., blocks to be harvested, volume to be delivered, fruit variety and quality, shift logistics on farms, etc.), while ensuring fruit harvesting within specifications and responding to adverse conditions (e.g., crystallization, fruit drop, greening, etc.). Receive, break down, and monitor area KPIs, ensuring target achievement and proposing corrective, preventive, and improvement actions whenever necessary. Operationalize internal logistics (loading, internal movement, and bin operations) to meet harvest planning and scheduling on the farm under their responsibility, while monitoring and ensuring proper fruit storage in bins without neglecting legal requirements. Participate jointly with the Human Resources Department (DHO) in the recruitment and selection process for harvest teams and team leaders, in accordance with internal policies and pre-established planning. Support the Harvest Supervisor in the biweekly closing of harvest events to ensure accurate team payments based on daily events and/or adversities. Control the current accounts of harvest team leaders to ensure that the variance between reported and actual volumes remains within the range defined by the planning department. Support the fruit estimation process through visual analysis of all blocks on farms under their responsibility, comparing them against parameters from previous seasons, and determine orchard harvesting complexity for the picker payment table, per established norms and procedures. Conduct fruit shaking (derriça) as directed by the Fruit Research Department to prepare a technical estimate for comparison with the visual estimate, thereby determining the final crop number. Enforce correct use of PPE, harvesting materials, bins, vehicles, loading and handling machinery, etc., instructing the team whenever necessary. Train and guide the team whenever necessary on the harvest operational process, aligned with the training plan, safety regulations, internal procedures, applicable legislation, etc. Execute and audit the procedure for signage and release of harvest platforms to the loading area, per pre-established internal standards. Completed Technical Course in Agriculture Valid Driver's License Category B Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Residence in Boa Esperança do Sul, Gavião Peixoto, Nova Europa, Curupa, or Ibitinga/SP Mixed Internal/External Recruitment
