We are looking for a **Head of Export**, with strategic vision, proven leadership and operational excellence, to **drive sustainable growth and strengthen Nadir’s presence in international markets**. **Day-to-day responsibilities:** * Supervise and guide staff under your responsibility, assign tasks, and monitor overall and individual performance; * Supervise the tracking of export orders from the final stage of the manufacturing process through to cargo shipment, as well as stay informed about the importer’s receipt of goods; * Coordinate orders and customer relations with international clients via various communication channels; * Supervise the contracting of shipping services, verifying that vessel arrival dates align with established delivery deadlines, as well as negotiate freight rates and organize cargo transportation for shipment; * Supervise, monitor and resolve issues—such as priority decoration scheduling—ensuring product availability to meet the export schedule; * Monitor in detail all operational activities related to production and shipment of export products; * Coordinate and verify the accuracy of information contained in order portfolio reports and track sales reports; * Coordinate participation in international trade fairs; * Coordinate customer service for international clients and represent the company at foreign trade events and conventions. **What we expect from you?** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with emphasis on International Trade, International Relations or related fields; * Postgraduate degree / MBA in International Business and/or International Trade or related fields is desirable; * Fluent English and Spanish **What we offer:** * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Life Insurance * Food Allowance * Meal Voucher * Parking * Transportation Voucher * Profit Sharing Plan (PLR) * Private Pension Plan * Pharmacy Benefits Work Location: Barra Funda SP Nadir is part of people’s daily lives through beloved brands and desirable products.
