




We are seeking a **Commercial Manager** to strategically work within a holding company focused on **Environmental Engineering**, responsible for structuring, leading, and executing the commercial strategy, market expansion, and strengthening relationships with public and private clients. This professional will directly engage with the Executive Board, supporting strategic decision-making, developing new business opportunities, and managing the commercial team—always aligned with the sector’s technical, environmental, and regulatory standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and execute the group’s commercial strategy, aligned with corporate objectives; * Lead, develop, and supervise the commercial and new business teams; * Prospect and manage strategic clients from both the public and private sectors; * Participate in the analysis and submission of **bids, contracts, and technical and commercial proposals**; * Coordinate the preparation of commercial and technical proposals jointly with the Engineering, Projects, and Environmental departments; * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), sales targets, sales pipeline, and sales forecasts; * Conduct market, competitive, and opportunity analyses within the environmental sector; * Ensure proper use of the CRM system and standardization of commercial processes; * Maintain institutional relationships with clients, partners, and regulatory bodies; * Prepare management reports and present results to the Executive Board; * Ensure compliance with environmental, ethical, and internal group policies. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Solid experience in **commercial management within engineering, environmental, infrastructure, or technical services sectors**; * Experience in technical sales, service contracts, and engineering projects; * Experience leading commercial teams; * Knowledge of bidding procedures and proposal development; * Proficiency in CRM tools and commercial KPIs; * Willingness to travel when required. **Preferred Qualifications** * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Commercial Management, Environmental Management, or related fields; * Prior experience in corporate groups or multidisciplinary companies; * Experience working with public sector clients, concessions, sanitation, waste management, environmental licensing, or ESG; * Familiarity with environmental and regulatory legislation; * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency.
