You must be proactive and possess an ownership mindset toward services. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop temporary fixes for bugs. * Automate repetitive tasks. * Develop tools and code to resolve critical business issues. * Develop service/business monitoring dashboards (ELK, Power BI, Datadog, ServiceNow, Grafana) * Participate in meetings, gather and understand customer pain points. * Support teams with departmental KPIs. * Serve as the primary contact point for issue resolution and collaborate with operational technical teams to identify solutions. * Provide reports and metrics on service performance. * Perform performance troubleshooting and propose systemic optimizations/improvement opportunities; * Monitor and analyze system monitoring data to accelerate problem identification and minimize customer impact; * Conduct root cause analysis for definitive resolution (PRB handling); * Handle/control/monitor incidents related to the area; * Implement improvements and develop large-scale solutions to address technical debt; * Participate in technical meetings; * Support client-facing areas (environment analysis with emphasis on business needs); * Understand system integrations; * Understand systems functionally, including business rules; * Map processes and propose improvement solutions to support business needs. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields (preferred); * Solid experience in **Java** (Java 8+), including: * Object-oriented programming * Collections, Streams, and coding best practices * Integration with REST APIs * Frameworks such as **Spring Boot**, Spring Data, and Spring MVC * Practical experience with **Python**, including: * Script and service development * Data manipulation * Knowledge of frameworks (Flask or FastAPI preferred) * Proficiency in developing dashboards or data collection using tools such as ELK, ServiceNow, Power BI, Datadog, Grafana * Service Owner profile * Requirements analysis (gathering and understanding requirements together with the Product Owner); * Communication and cross-team interface; * Required knowledge: DML and DDL (SQL Server and Oracle), PL/SQL; * Experience in performance analysis/troubleshooting and system monitoring. **Additional Information** At Vivo, we spare no effort in supporting and valuing our employees.
