Supplier development and related projects This position is intended for professionals holding a completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields, with experience in supply chain management within the construction industry, to work in São Luís - MA. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct procurement negotiations in accordance with internal policies, including supplier selection, quotations, and delivery tracking; * Monitor supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and tracking order progress; * Support supplier relationship management through strategic analysis and segmentation; * Participate in materials planning and management, aligning demand with relevant departments and scheduling purchase orders; * Monitor processes related to supplier orders and payments, ensuring adherence to deadlines and internal workflows; * Monitor supplier performance by analyzing quality, delivery time, and cost indicators, and proposing improvements; * Conduct cost analyses and identify optimization opportunities together with suppliers and service providers; * Support project management related to supplier, product, and process development. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Intermediate to advanced computer skills, with emphasis on Excel; * Experience with procurement ERP systems; * Experience with contracts, supplier management, planning, and performance indicators; * Availability to work Monday through Friday. **Additional Information** * CLT employment contract; * Fixed salary; * Meal allowance; * Health insurance; * Transportation allowance.
